Rosa Souvenir de Baden-Baden brings large cream-pink double flowers with darker pink, frilled edges to sunny borders and cutting gardens. Its upright, bushy framework carries repeat blooms on long stems from early summer into autumn, and its foliage is medium green and deciduous.
Plant it in fertile, moist but well-drained soil, where it can also grow in a large patio container. The flowers cut well for arrangements. Prune the branches by one-third in early spring, water during dry spells, and use rose fertilizer as growth resumes. The stems carry red thorns that can scratch or puncture skin.
